One of the mandates of the church – the body of Christ – is to bring God’s Kingdom into this world. Jesus prays it as He teaches his disciples to pray. It’s clear throughout Scripture – we NEED to make a difference in our world, spiritually, emotionally and physically.
EPIC is a ministry within the City of St. Catharines. So what can we do to make a difference in Our City?
One way is by getting involved in LIVE DIFFERENT. Another is by serving in and around Our City on your own accord – so here’s a great opportunity make a difference in Our City. St Catharines is having a Pitch-In Day on April 25th, arranged by the Clean City Committee. This is a simple but effective method of not only making a visible difference, but also a superb opportunity to interact with the people of St Catharines and share the reason for the hope we have in Christ.
